The Canadian Dental Care Plan is a federal government program that helps Canadians without workplace dental insurance access the care they need. Dr. Sezer & Associates is a proud CDCP provider — if you qualify, you can use your benefits right here at our clinic. Our team will walk you through the process from start to finish.
- Available to Canadians without employer dental coverage, with an adjusted net family income under $90,000
- Covers exams, cleanings, fillings, and more
- Bring your CDCP Member Card or confirm eligibility through My Service Canada Account
